In Flames guitarist to miss upcoming tour; checks into rehab

In Flames Jesper Strömblad, guitarist and founding member of In Flames has been forced to stay home and not participate on the upcoming South American/Australian/Japan tour. Jesper has checked himself into a rehabilitation clinic to get control of his alcohol addiction.

On this tour Niclas Engelin from the Swedish band Engel will stand in and help the band with the guitar duties. Niclas has helped In Flames on a couple of occasions in the past and is no stranger to the songs or the touring life.

This is something Jesper needed to do for himself and we wish Jesper all the best with his recovery and hope to have him back on the road with us again very very soon.
