The Gauntlet: Alabama Thunderpussy Metal News

ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY Shoot Video; Debut More New Music

Alabama Thunderpussy ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY recently filmed the first video from their forthcoming new record Open Fire this past weekend. The video, for the track "Words of the Dying Man", was shot in their hometown of Richmond, VA with local creative collective Day By Day (LAMB OF GOD, MUNICIPAL WASTE). ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY drummer Bryan Cox says of the video: “It’ll be nothing too fancy or cerebral because, well, that's not what we do. The goal for this thing is have something entertaining and fun to watch.”

ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY has also posted another preview track, “None Shall Return”, from Open Fire via the band’s official MySpace page, www.MySpace.com/ATPVA, and PureVolume page, www.purevolume.com/AlabamaThunderpussy.

Open Fire is set for a March 6th North American release date (March 12th internationally) and will be the first ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY record to feature new vocalist Kyle Thomas (ex- EXHORDER / FLOODGATE).

Additionally, ALABAMA THUNDERPUSSY’s entire back catalog is now available digitally exclusively via ITunes.
