Papa Roach sued by former drummer

Ex-Papa Roach drummer Dave Buckner is suing his former bandmates, alleging they owe him a cut of money made by the band since he was axed. Buckner, a founding member, was fired from the group on Christmas Eve 2007, after falling out with his ex-bandmates.
But he remained a partner in the various companies the band formed - and claims he has been excluded from business transactions his former friends have made over the last year, including bank loans and profits.
In the suit filed on November 28 and obtained by TMZ.com, Buckner seeks to dissolve the companies, and asks for his share of profits, plus damages.
