MALEVOLENT CREATION Gearing Up for DEATH BY DECIBELS Tour

Malevolent Creation As previously announced MALEVOLENT CREATION will be participating in the Death by Decibels tour sponsored by Decibel Magazine starting this November. Joining them will be VADER, CATTLE DECAPITATION, LIGHT THIS CITY, ABIGAIL WILLIAMS and VEIL OF MAYA. This tour is being called one of the best of the year by MALEVOLENT CREATION’s publicist, Decibel Magazine, the bands on the tour, their mothers and apparently the actual fans themselves this time! MALEVOLENT CREATION vocalist, Brett Hoffman, has been busy preparing for the tour and offered us some insight on how he prepares himself for such a huge endeavor:

“I'm gearing up for the Death by Decibels tour by sleeping on my couch, so I can get used to sleeping in a van, and only showering once a week since we'll be lucky to have a hotel room that often. Fans who can bring us blankets, sleeping bags or wet naps will be really appreciated! Also, I will be collecting Christmas gifts to give to my family because I won't able to afford any when I get home. LET THE SLAUGHTERING COMMENCE!”

Nirvana's Kurt Cobain and Krist Novoselic planned on recording an all-acoustic blues album with Screaming Trees singer Mark Lanegan in the late '80s, but the project never reached fruition.
