ARCHITECTS Prepare To Unleash 'Hollow Crown'

Architects Hot off the US release of Ruin, ARCHITECTS have been blazing across America for the first time, garnering a whole new legion of fans. The band whose sound was called "Absolutely bloody gargantuan!" by Kerrang is on the road as part of the Cleansing The Nation tour alongside labelmates Suicide Silence, Emmure, Beneath the Massacre and After The Burial.

Drummer Dan Searle comments on the upcoming trek: "We are ridiculously excited to be hitting the States for the first time! Until now our band's closest experience to being in America was standing on the Canadian side of Niagara Falls, peeking across the water at Buffalo, NY!!! So we literally cannot wait to start playing American shows - its part of every British band's dream to tour in the US, and the fact that we get to do it alongside such big and crushing names as Suicide Silence and Emmure is simply awesome! We just recently finished recording our new album Hollow Crown which we're really, really stoked on and we're psyched to be shaking off the studio tan by playing some new tunes for American crowds at these shows, alongside some tracks off 'Ruin' of course! We love crowd interaction, it really feeds our live show, so if you know the words get down in front and we'll have a good fucking time! See you there!!!"

ARCHITECTS will release Hollow Crown in February of 2009 and thus create a whole new standard for the genre. The band has uploaded three video clips for fans to preview the new material (see below) and will also be taking part in XM Satellite Radio's 'Hostile Takeover' on channel 42, Liquid Metal, this Saturday. The band will takeover Liquid Metal for one hour to play some of their favorite heavy music along with cuts from their album, Ruin.
