Mike Patton & Serj Tankian contribute song for Bodies Of Lies

The song, titled Bird's Eye, was written specifically for the Ridley Scott film Body Of Lies staring Leonardo DiCaprio and Russell Crowe.

Director Ridley Scott and composer Marc Streitenfield helped create the song and wanted an interesting voice to be included on the track. They reached out to both Mike and Serj. Both were interested and the collaboration was put together. Serj is quoted as saying "Patton is a good friend and always invited to any party I'm in" when asked about collaborating with Mike.

The song is streaming on Serj's MySpace and can be purchased at iTunes now. Body Of Lies is in theaters on Oct 10, 2008.
