Black Tide takes home Kerrang Award

The Kerrang! Awards were held last night in the UK and among those honored were Florida rockers, Black Tide. The band took home the award for Best International Newcomer, beating out All Time Low and Kill Hannah amongst others.
Black Tide joined the likes of Rage Against The Machine, Slipknot and Avenged Sevenfold all who took home a coveted K statue. Also on hand were Black Tide influencers, Metallica (see below) who were honored, fittingly, with the Kerrang! inspiration award.
Black Tide's album Light From Above, which features a cover of Metallica's "Hit The Lights," is in stores now!
