DISTURBED taps Todd McFarlane to direct video
IGN revealed today that Disturbed has tapped artist Todd McFarlane to direct the next video from the band's top-selling album, "Ten Thousand Fists."
McFarlane announced the working partnership today at New York Comic-Con. Recently, it was announced on McFarlane's website that he will co-direct the clip along with Chuck Patton. The video will be produced by Terry Fitzgerald.
Initially recognized for his groundbreaking work on the Marvel comic Spiderman, McFarlane has built a veritable media empire streching into arenas such as comics, toys, movies and other forms of media.
McFarlane co-created Disturbed's "Ten Thousand Fists" album cover along with well known Spawn comic artist Greg Capullo.
The chart-topping record was recently certified as platinum by the RIAA.
