THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD team up with Terror for June/July tour
Just prior to tearing across North America on this year's Sounds of the Underground tour, South Carolina's death metal road warriors THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD will team up with Terror and Death Before Dishonor, hitting clubs throughout the eastern United States and Canada.
THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD is currently logging some well-deserved rest back home after touring virtually non-stop prior to and well through the October 2005 release of the band's Prosthetic Records debut, BLOODLUST. Produced by Jamie King (Between The Buried And Me, God Forbid), the record gained the band positive exposure in the metal press, leading Kerrang magazine to call THROUGH THE EYES OF THE DEAD one of five "Kick-Ass Metal Bands for 2006." Already opening 2006 up with headlining shows, as well as landing tours alongside Children of Bodom, A Life Once Lost and this summer's Sounds Of The Underground, the band will continue touring throughout the fall before settling down to write and record tracks for the band's next record, tentatively due in early 2007 through Prosthetic.
The debut video from BLOODLUST will hit airwaves and the internet shortly, as well. The band caught up with director Jonathan Covert (Nine Inch Nails, Mortiis) to shoot footage for "Two Inches From A Main Artery" in April. More details to follow shortly.
