Dreadnaught announces new drummer

Aussie metal giants Dreadnaught would like to announce that Matt Racovalis (Alarum, The Berzerker) will be joining the current line-up on drums. Matt has been a mainstay of the Australian metal scene for many years now, touring and recording with Alarum from 1992 to 2006 and brief stints with The Berzerker.

The band is booked to enter the studio on May 31, with producer Reggie Bowman to begin work on LP number 4. The as yet untitled record consists of the following tracks (in no particular order). Twist the Knife, The Push, Agony-Ecstasy, Save Your Life, Tattooed Tears, Ten X The Pain, Buried, (Instra)Mental, More Than One Way, and Collapse.

Following completion of the new record the band will be setting their sites on Europe, making the jaunt later in the year to commence talks with interested labels and promoters so the band can finally begin their long overdue assault on the Northern hemisphere."
