The Gauntlet Salutes This Weeks Metal Diva: Queens of the Stone Age Frontman Josh Homme

The Gauntlet would like to take this opportunity to salute Queens of the Stone Age front man Josh Homme and name him this weeks METAL DIVA. With his anti-gay rant and use of the derogatory word 'faggot' this past weekend, Hommes drew the ire and disgust from many metal fans, both gay and straight. He was correct in scolding a fan for throwing a projectile on stage, but to admonish him by threatening to 'butt fuck him in front of his friends' and calling him a 'chicken shit faggot', he crossed the line. I wonder if things would have been different if it were someone of color who threw something on stage.
