The Scenic Signs to Victory Records

It's about time the Scenic are getting the recognition they deserve. The Philadelphia quartet, has just announced their signing to Victory Records. The band, however, didn't just get signed on their good looks. Their hard work and dedication to the music they share such a passion for has landed them in their current position. They had spent most of their winter and spring of 2008 writing and demoing songs slated for their first Victory release, which is due out this July. Along with that, the band has played hundreds of shows to build up a strong, devoted fan base. Their extraordinary live show has rewarded the band with a much coveted spot on last year's Vans Warped Tour, shows with renowned acts such as Saves the Day, Dashboard Confessional, and All Time Low, and even MTVU recognition! With such a vast amount of accomplishments, you'd think these guys would have been signed ages ago! However, the Scenic has made the right choice in choosing to sign with Victory Records. Their talent combined with Victory's skill is sure to bring the band into the spotlight. Make sure to check out their record when it is released this July!
