Eating terrible food all the time.

I can't think of anything very personal to me.. And I thank God for that.

The new Ours record, produced by Rick Ruben.

Take it easy with my family.

Get in shape, eat better. Totally original, I know.
7. Favorite non-metal release of 2007?
Since my favorite album of the year is not metal, I'll tell you my favorite metal album of the year, which is Machine Head "The Blackening".
8. Favorite places to tour?
Too many to mention. Sacramento, CA, Dallas, TX, Wichita, KS, Atlanta, GA.
9. Favorite celebrity gossip story?
Anything about Britney Spears. Train wreck of the year, hands down.
10. Best show you attended?
This year? I Am X on Halloween.
