The Gauntlet: Aborted Metal News

Aborted Writing New Material, Gearing Up For Tour

Aborted Sven de Caluwé, mainman of Belgian extreme modern deathgrinders Aborted has issued the following update:

"Hey everyone!

Just a little update here. We're currently getting ready for the pretty long european run with our friends of Behemoth and Kataklysm, hope to see alot of you out there!

On other news we're pretty busy with writing new material for the successor to 'S&A' ('Slaughter and Apparatus'), and things are going really smoothly. The line up has been finally stable for quite a while now and all I can say is that we couldn't be more thrilled about it & the new material that has been shaping up. More news on that later on.

Check out the New merch design we put up on our (myspace) page. This one & the 'S&A' logo design are now available on our official store, so check them out. CD's will also be available from the store in the coming days so keep an eye open there as well.

Cheers & see you all on the road!!"

Aborted's latest album, 'Slaughter And Apparatus: A Methodical Overture', was released in February 2007 via Century Media.
