The Gauntlet: Amenta, The Metal News The Amenta Is Almost Done Recording new Album THE AMENTA is almost finished with preliminary work on the full-length follow-up to 2004's "Occasus." The new album is tentatively due in September. The band describes the new material as "more ambient than what came before, nastier, uglier, darker... [like the] sounds of a collective sick of playing by rules."
