The Gauntlet: Bleed The Sky Metal News

BLEED THE SKY SECURE DOPE TOUR

Bleed The Sky Some people call it a fever, others just call it a rock 'n' roll lifestyle. Having toured relentlessly in support of their debut album, Paradigm In Entropy, California's BLEED THE SKY have secured one last outing with Dope - the Jagermeister-sponsored Summer Of Sin Tour which begins on June 13th in Grand Rapids, MI - before heading back home to work on their second album. Their friends and family haven't seen hide or hair of them in the past six months and a few have jokingly considered filing a missing persons report.

Currently on the road with Ill Niño, God Forbid, Eyes Of Fire, and Silent Civilian through June 9th, BLEED THE SKY continue to bring their energetic road show to new audiences, winning over crowds and instantly gaining new fans - even among the bands they're touring with. When the engine in BLEED THE SKY's tour van blew, Ill Niño and Silent Civilian were quick to offer them spots on their bus and van so BLEED THE SKY wouldn't drop off the tour.

Praised for their "brutal, soul-destroying foray into the darker parts of the human mind" by OUTBURN Magazine, BLEED THE SKY's debut album, Paradigm In Entropy, seemlessly merges hardcore's brutal attitude & musical breakdowns with anthemic vocals & melodic metal guitars, following in the footsteps of Chimaira, Shadows Fall, and Lamb Of God. Chimaira guitarist Matt DeVries enthusiastically endorses BTS as "a breath of fresh air for the metal community."
