The Gauntlet: Bleed The Sky Metal News

BLEED THE SKY Comment On Ill Niño Tour; Announce Warm-Up Shows

Bleed The Sky Cristian Machado, lead vocalist for the bilingual Latino metal sextet Ill Niño, cites Orange County's BLEED THE SKY as one of his favorite bands and has hand-picked them to join the Jagermeister-sponsored "One Nation Undivided" spring tour. Set to launch on May 10th in New York City, the tour will conclude on June 10th in New Jersey. Also on the bill are God Forbid, Silent Civilian (featuring former Spineshank frontman Jonny Santos), and Eyes Of Fire.

BLEED THE SKY vocalist Noah Robinson has this to say about the upcoming 28-city trek: "We're all fans of Ill Niño. They're really one of our favorites, and getting to watch them every night, well, we'll be sure to take notes on their live show! [laughter]"

Guitarist Wayne Miller would also like to add the following:
"Due to circumstances beyond our control, our tour dates in the Northwest this past week were re-routed due to this upcoming tour with Ill Niño. We had to cancel our shows in Seattle, Tacoma, Spokane, and Idaho Falls. We promise to make them up to all and we hope to be there again very soon. On the otherhand, we are very excited about going on the Jagermeister Presents Tour in May/June with such great bands as Ill Niño, God Forbid, Eyes of Fire, and our brothers in Silent Civilian. It will be an honor sharing the stage with them. We will be doing a short headlining run of warm-up dates with Silent Civilian and Eyes Of Fire on our way out to the Ill Niño tour."

The warm-up dates are as follows:

May 5th - Annex Lewis Bowl, Sioux City, IA
May 6th - Tops And Tails, Peoria, IL
May 7th - Clearwater Theater, West Dundee, IL
May 8th - Headliners, Toledo, OH
