Jinja Bizkit - 2005-10-28 15:07:27
Now this was a bit dissapointing. Despite all the hype and press for this album it failed to deliver. We were expecting a heavier and darker style, but instead we got mellow and self pitifull ballads from the nu metal legends. Despite this there were a handfull of brilliant tracks on the album, with ''Re-entry'' kicking things off feircly and ultra heavy tracks ''Eat You Alive'' and ''Gimme The Mic'', really showing us fans what they were capable of. ''Underneath The Gun'' has to be one of LB's best peices of work EVER, featuring the first ever guitar solo in a limp bizkit song. But then ''down another day'' had to ruin things, with crappy vocals and a REALLY bad chorus, ''lonely world'' didn't help things either, with its slow and boring guitars and hate filled lyrics from my main man Freddy, this kinda sucked. But still this album is worth a look if your a hardcore fan. 3/5

A planned collaboration between Black Sabbath guitarist Tony Iommi and Judas Priest vocalist Rob Halford never got off the ground despite being reported in the press.
