This three piece pulls off some fairly powerful, blasting technical death metal that is as subtle as a sledgehammer to the face. Exmortem can grind on a rhythm that is like dragging your face across the asphalt at high speed like nobody's business. There has been a lack of artists who attempt to pull off this intricate style of death metal as of late, but Exmortem serve up the proverbial vortex of apocalypse here with a seamless effort, driving home punishing beats accented by guttural belches and grunts that are raw and highly aggressive.

'Flesh Havoc' kicks off the frenzied chaos with a severe blast of blistering tempos and from there on out, this album is complete, relentless action. Deep growls permeate 'The Human Rape Symphony' as the threesome thrash away madly. 'Black Walls Of Misery' destroys all in it's path in a blunt, remorseless manner, driving away with a crippling beat. 'Swamp Of Decadence' fades in with the steps of marching legions set for war before unleashing a blizzard of notes, powered by burrowing venting that digs deep beneath the crust.

The disjointed attack of 'Graveside Mourning Ritual' is nothing short of a musical weapon of mass destruction, plowing the listener over like a full scale nuclear onslaught.
This is a great example of rapid fire, machine gun, guttural death that simply overpowers the listener with intensity, leaving no evidence of survivors in it's tremendous wake. Exmortem manage to pull off more brutal riffs and do it with a true sense of chaos that will plaster you to the wall. Crushing blows to maim the eardrums of death heads everywhere, 'Nihilistic Contentment' is harmonic destruction on a par with the heavyweights of the genre.
