  • Armed and dangerous, metal mainstays Testament return with a 11 track CD that picks up where their last disc, Demonic, left off. Savagely heavy, yet hooky, Chuck and the boys show just why they've remained such a force in the metal game. Songs like "DNR" and "Down for Life" grab you in a stranglehold and don't let go, while "3 Days in The Darkness," and "Allegiance" are reminscient of the days of yore, when Testament was breaking into the top tier of metal artists. It seems as if these guys have reversed the stereotype of getting softer as they get older, because they've steadily gotten more brutal since 1992's The Ritual. This disc is a must for all headbangers!

        Hardcore Annal Sects

Chrissie Hynde tried (unsuccessfully) to convince Motörhead drummer Phil Taylor to join the Pretenders in the late '70s prior to finding eventual member Martin Chambers.
