XXX Maniak gets their extensive re release, sure it's only more song added to 30 but it's another track to leave you laughing in enjoyment. 'Harvesting The Cunt Nectar' is the work of two men who seem to have a knack for finding the best and most repulsive sound clips they can get their hands on. The duo seem to accomplish what Mortician has been trying to for the past 10 years. XXX Maniak is all of that quick hitting drum machine hilarity while delivering the heavy grooving goods, so they are like Mortician if Mortician was good.
Taking gust appearances from members of Total Fucking Destruction, Prosthetic Cunt, Rumpelstiltskin Grinder, and Agoraphobic Nosebleed amongst others, you know you're in for a good time.
The drum machine aspect is something that might turn away most and we all know no matter how hard you try you can never get it to sound exactly like actual drums but XXX Maniak gets its sound down well and their ultra down tuned heaviness fits the electronic kit very well.
You will find everything from scat porn clips to horror films and all other sordid demented nonsense on this album which is what gore fans love the most and the fact that the band doesn't take themselves too seriously is a plus. This is gore grind for the gore grind fan, not for the faint of heart.
