.Mythological occult metal indeed, Absu's double disc set is what a collection is all about, bringing you the goods in a devilish way. For fans of bands that can't draw out their favorite band's logo because they can't even read it, you people know Absu already and will absolutely must have this double disc digipack beauty to be part of their kvlt collection. For ten years Absu have been creating what is dubbed, or was dubbed, by God knows who, or Satan knows who for that matter 'Mythological Occult Metal' in this case from 1991-2001.
The album features rarities, alternative versions, three 7' EP's, covers, live tracks and unreleased tracks, so I think that covers all of the possible types of tracks you could have on any given collection. If you missed anything from this band in ways of rarities, here they are but it is likely you have the 7''s and will have this collection by the end of this review anyway.
The essential collection for not only Absu followers, but for anyone into black metal in general, here it is, in all of its mythological glory, because after all, it's all just myth, Mythological Occult Metal, kudos to the guy who thought of that label.
